Capacity and Materials:
Its 0.6-cubic-foot capacity easily accommodates a 1/2-size Gastronorm container, and the removable ceramic shelf is sealed and recessed to minimize contact between the shelf and dishes, thereby reducing spills. Made entirely of stainless steel both inside and out, it is easy to clean and durable. It is stackable, allowing you to maximize space in the kitchen. The door is made of clear tempered glass, and an interior light allows you to monitor food as it cooks without opening the door.
