Please read the Policies and Terms of Purchase for our online store before placing an order. By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Purchase.

Pricing policy

The prices listed on our online store are in Canadian currency and are the same as those in-store, unless otherwise noted. The prices charged are those in effect at the time of order. These prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are also subject to applicable customs duties. For more information about customs duties and the final price of a Product, please contact our customer service department at sac@atelierduchef.com.

Order from the online store

Information about each item is provided to facilitate selection before adding it to Cart. You can modify and check the contents of Cart any time. Once you have completed your order, proceed to checkout.

ATELIER DU CHEF ACCOUNT

The account must be open and active at the time of billing. To open a commercial account, please write to sac@atelierduchef.comand request an account opening form. Complete the form and return it to the same address. Acceptance or rejection of the application will be communicated within three business days. The credit limit will be specified at the same time. In this case, payment is due "net 30 days."  

CREDIT CARD

Atelier du Chef store any credit card information. Only the transaction result is stored. All products ordered are billed, whether they are in stock or not. Products that are ordered and in stock are shipped. Those that are out of stock are shipped according to the conditions mentioned in the Multiple Shipments section.

ONLINE PAYMENT

Online purchase management is entrusted to Elavon, a company specializing in IT security. Elavon protects online store transactions against fraud attempts through the use of security tokens and various anti-fraud tools, making Elavon a PCI Level 1 certified online services provider.

LEASE

The weekly payment amount shown is for informational purposes only and may vary up or down depending on the customer's credit history.
The weekly payment amount is based on a 48-month contract.
The weekly payment amount does not include taxes or transportation.
Due to certain reasons beyondatelier du chef control, this financing may not be available to some customers.
The financing rate is provided by the leasing company EconoLease and is dependent on the customer's credit history.

BILLING

The invoice for any order placed with online payment is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A copy of the order confirmation is included with the shipment.

Taxes

Taxes are calculated at the rates provided for under provincial and federal laws. These apply based on the delivery address on the order.

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are taxable. See the Shipping or Handling Charges section for more details.

According to our policies regarding Product refunds or exchanges, taxes will be refunded, except for those applicable to shipping or handling charges for returned products.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times

Billed products are delivered within one to five business days. If a Product is Product in stock at the time of ordering, details regarding the delivery date will be communicated by email.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. It is not possible to deliver an order to more than one address. In the event of an order placed by an individual who is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a non-delivery notice specifying the telephone number to call or the location where the package can be collected.

Shipping or handling charges

As soon as an Product requires a delivery method other than standard courier service, shipping or handling fees are chargeable from our warehouse. Where applicable, a delivery plan tailored to your needs will be quickly proposed.

Anticosti Island, the Magdalen Islands, Northern Quebec, Labrador, Newfoundland, and any other region served only by air are excluded from the "$199 free shipping" promotion. Please contact us to find out about delivery options.

Multiple shipments

International shipping

Risk associated with loss of the package
