Please read the Policies and Terms of Purchase for our online store before placing an order. By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Purchase.

Pricing policy

The prices listed on our online store are in Canadian currency and are the same as those in-store, unless otherwise noted. The prices charged are those in effect at the time of order. These prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are also subject to applicable customs duties. For more information about customs duties and the final price of a Product, please contact our customer service department at sac@atelierduchef.com.

Order from the online store

Information about each item is provided to facilitate selection before adding it to Cart. You can modify and check the contents of Cart any time. Once you have completed your order, proceed to checkout.

In the event that a Product longer available, Atelier du Chef the customer as soon as possible to inform them and suggest an Product . The customer may also obtain a refund.

ATELIER DU CHEF ACCOUNT

The account must be open and active at the time of billing. To open a commercial account, please write to sac@atelierduchef.comand request an account opening form. Complete the form and return it to the same address. Acceptance or rejection of the application will be communicated within three business days. The credit limit will be specified at the same time. In this case, payment is due "net 30 days."  

CREDIT CARD

Atelier du Chef store any credit card information. Only the transaction result is stored. All products ordered are billed, whether they are in stock or not. Products that are ordered and in stock are shipped. Those that are out of stock are shipped according to the conditions mentioned in the Multiple Shipments section.

ONLINE PAYMENT

Online purchase management is entrusted to Elavon, a company specializing in IT security. Elavon protects online store transactions against fraud attempts through the use of security tokens and various anti-fraud tools, making Elavon a PCI Level 1 certified online services provider.

LEASE

The weekly payment amount shown is for informational purposes only and may vary up or down depending on the customer's credit history.
The weekly payment amount is based on a 48-month contract.
The weekly payment amount does not include taxes or transportation.
Due to certain reasons beyondatelier du chef control, this financing may not be available to some customers.
The financing rate is provided by the leasing company EconoLease and is dependent on the customer's credit history.

BILLING

The invoice for any order placed with online payment is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A copy of the order confirmation is included with the shipment.

Taxes

Taxes are calculated at the rates provided for under provincial and federal laws. These apply based on the delivery address on the order.

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are taxable. See the Shipping or Handling Charges section for more details.

According to our policies regarding Product refunds or exchanges, taxes will be refunded, except for those applicable to shipping or handling charges for returned products.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times

Atelier du Chef met tout en œuvre pour que toutes les commandes soient livrées à ses clients dans les délais estimés. Cependant, nous ne pouvons garantir la date de livraison d'une commande. Toutes les commandes sont soumises à la disponibilité des produits et à la destination. Dans le cas où un produit ne serait pas disponible au moment de la commande, les détails concernant la date de livraison seront communiqués par courriel.

Delivery

La livraison s’effectue à l’adresse mentionnée à la commande. Il n’est pas possible de livrer une commande à plus d’une adresse. Dans le cas d’une commande faites par un particulier qui serait absent lors de la livraison, le transporteur laissera un avis de non- livraison précisant le numéro de téléphone à composer ou l’endroit où aller pour récupérer le colis. Si vous commandez plusieurs articles, nous nous réservons le droit de vous expédier plusieurs colis. Aucun frais de port supplémentaire ne sera appliqué.

Nous faisons notre possible pour que les frais de port soient correctement calculés avant votre achat. Toutefois, nous nous réservons le droit de vous informer, après votre achat, de tout frais de port supplémentaire. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez annuler votre commande et obtenir un remboursement intégral.

Shipping or handling charges

Province of Quebec: Orders of $199 or more before taxes placed in our online store and deliverable by standard courier will not be subject to shipping or handling fees. A $12 fee applies to all orders under $199 and deliverable by standard courier.

Rest of Canada A flat shipping fee applies to all orders delivered by standard courier.

As soon as an Product requires a delivery method other than standard courier service, shipping or handling fees are chargeable from our warehouse. Where applicable, a delivery plan tailored to your needs will be quickly proposed.

Anticosti Island, the Magdalen Islands, Northern Quebec, Labrador, Newfoundland, and any other region served only by air are excluded from the "$199 free shipping" promotion. Please contact us to find out about delivery options.

Multiple shipments

Orders of $199 or more requiring more than one delivery will not be subject to any shipping or handling fees. Below this amount, a $12 fee will be added to the first shipment. In the case of an order containing at least one Product a delivery method other than courier, shipping or handling charges will be billed from our warehouse. By mutual agreement, the shipment may be made in a single shipment.

Expéditions volumineuses

Les équipements et les commandes volumineuses sont expédiés par transporteur avec livraison porte à porte uniquement, conformément à la procédure standard de commande en ligne. Ils comprennent, entre autres : la livraison avec hayon élévateur, la livraison à l'intérieur du bâtiment, la livraison à l'étage, la livraison par camion plateau et la livraison à une date précise. Une signature sera requise à la livraison.

International shipping

Risk associated with loss of the package

Purchases made in our Bargains section and special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, as these are final sales.

All requests for exchanges or refunds must be made by email to sac@atelierduchef.com.

Reviewing the file may lead to three possibilities:
