The Globe pizza dough mixer is constructed from rigid cast iron with digital controls on the front. The unit comes with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel whisk, aluminum dough hook, and rubber feet. The guard welded to the ingredient chute can be easily removed.
Its 3 HP motor HP overload protection and operates via gears for maximum power.

The SCP62P pizza dough mixer from Globe is built rigid cast iron body with front-mounted controls. The mixer comes with a 60 quarts stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. The stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded on ingredient chute can easily be removed.
The mixer has a 3 HP custom built motor with overload protection and gear-driven for maximum power.
