Son moteur de 2 HP a une protection de surcharge et fonctionne par engrenage pour un maximum de puissance.

The SCP40 Mixer from Globe is built rigid cast iron body with front-mounted controls. The mixer comes with a 40 quarts stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. The stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded on ingredient chute can easily be removed.
The mixer has a 2 HP custom built motor with overload protection and gear-driven for maximum power.
