Le mélangeur Globe SPC25 est construit à partir de fonte rigide avec contrôle digital à l'avant. L'appareil vient avec un bol d'acier inoxydable de 25 pintes, un batteur plat en aluminium, un fouet en acier inoxydable, un crochet à pâte en aluminium et des pieds de fixations en caoutchouc. Le garde soudé à la chute à ingrédient peut facilement être retiré.
Son moteur de 3/4 HP a une protection de surcharge et fonctionne par engrenage pour un maximum de puissance.

The SCP25 Mixer from Globe is built rigid cast iron body with front-mounted controls. The mixer comes with a 25 quarts stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. The stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded on ingredient chute can easily be removed.
The mixer has a ¾ HP custom built motor with overload protection and gear-driven for maximum power.
