Description
The Cleveland 60 gallons stainless steel electric steam cooker is mounted on three legs. Once filled, there is no need to add water or vent. It allows you to produce large quantities of soup and broth, potatoes, ground meat, pasta, rice, stew, and more.

The Cleveland 60 Gallon steam jacketed electri kettle is made of stainless steel with a tri legs mounted. Once filled, it is not necessary to add water or ventilate. It will allows you to produce large quantity of soup and broth, potatoes, ground meat, pasta, rice, stew and more.
Cooking with an electric kettle is faster because the two third of the cooking surface is in contact with the food at a lowest temparature (compared with stock that use higher temperature only at the bottom). The food will not burn or scorch allowing you to simmer without over cooking.
The 2"draw-off valve will help you to quickly empty the thank. The welded-in elements will prevent water leaking and will better holds vacuum.
