Each of its three infrared heating elements is controlled independently to provide precise cooking and conserve energy while reducing operating costs. The 4 1/2" vertically adjustable top is specially designed to accommodate a variety of dishes. The automatic plate detection feature activates the elements as soon as a dish is placed on the plate and deactivates them as soon as the dish is removed. The digital control panel allows you to quickly and easily adjust the temperature and even offers the option of programming up to 8 temperature settings.
The exterior of the salamander is made of stainless steel for increased durability in industrial kitchens. With a flat surface and removable tray, it is also very easy to maintain.
