Description
For fast preparation and consistent quality, the Hobart food processor allows you to slice, dice, and chop easily and continuously thanks to Hobart planetary gear drive. This gear prevents jamming during full loads to allow for continuous use.
The 50° hopper allows for quick and safe loading for the operator. For added safety, when the product pusher exits the hopper, the device automatically stops with the lock switch.

The hopper is set at 50° for a fast and security load by the operator. To increased security, when the pusher is retired, the unit stops automatically with the interlock.
This unit will allow you to prepare 17lbs of product per minutes.
