The Delfield Coolscapes Series 27" GBSR1P-S refrigerator Delfield designed as a single section with a full door for all your refrigeration needs. With a capacity of 21 cubic feet and three epoxy-coated shelves, each of which can hold a 1/1 gastronorm pan, it's easy to organize and store food. The digital temperature control maintains the refrigerator temperature between 33°F and 40°F (0.5°C to 4.4°C) and even has an alarm that indicates when the temperature is too high or too low. To maintain energy efficiency, the refrigerator door closes automatically when opened at an angle of less than 90° and remains open at an angle of more than 90°. In addition, the integrated handle makes it easy to access the refrigerator.

The interior and exterior of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel with an ABS coating on the door. The seal is very easy to remove without tools, which makes cleaning easier. The refrigeration system is installed on top of the appliance and is made in one piece. It can therefore be easily removed for servicing.
