The Globe SP5Q mixer, with its sturdy cast iron construction, is built to last and withstand the heavy workload of commercial kitchens. With 800W of power, the mixer offers 10 speeds to suit a variety of preparation tasks. It comes with a 5-quart polished stainless steel bowl, a stainless steel flat beater, a stainless steel wire whisk, a stainless steel dough hook, and a polycarbonate splash guard. The guard welded to the ingredient chute can be easily removed for easy cleaning.
Its motor and robust gear transmission provide optimal power and efficiency. The mixer is also protected against overheating for greater durability.
