Description
The Cleveland 25 gallons stainless steel electric steam cooker is mounted on three legs. Once filled, there is no need to add water or vent. It allows you to produce large quantities of soup and broth, potatoes, ground meat, pasta, rice, stew, and more.
Cooking with this steam pot is very fast because two-thirds of the surface area is in contact with the food and because cooking is done at a lower temperature compared to a regular pot, which uses a higher temperature distributed only at the bottom of the pot. Food will not burn or stick to the bottom, allowing you to simmer without overcooking. The electronic temperature controls offer a variation of less than +/- 1 degree, ensuring uniform cooking from 63 degrees to 127 degrees Celsius.
The 2-inch diameter valve has an angle that facilitates emptying of the tank. The pot components are fully welded to retain and prevent water loss and to regulate pressure.
