Thanks to its unique double wall design, the Vollrath 6.4 Qt. (11" x 7 3/4") isothermal stainless steel service bowl keeps food hot or chilled longer than in a conventional bowl with no preheating or chilling required. This conical bowl is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a mirror polished exterior. The interior is satin-finished to hide scratches and wear. Additionally, the bottom of the bowl has indents that allow it to sit at angle for a unique, appetizing presentation.
